So, actually eating most of my calories in progress for me.  Most of the time, when I'm watching, I don't eat enough and I'm learning that doing that isn't good for both weightloss and for binging later.  I am really enjoying posting my food diaries.  Just putting it all out there for anyone to see is really is helping me stay on track and be accountable.  Thanks everyone for letting me do this!
