I've never really had a starting point for my weight loss journey. I've been trying to lose since 1997 after our first, our daughter was born. Until then, I never really needed to lose weight. It has been years of ups and downs. My highest weight ever was around 2009 when I began Weight Watchers at 252 pounds. After a years, I lost 50 pounds following Weight Watchers. It only took me a little while until I was off plan and gaining. I gained about 30 pounds back and for a few years just keep gaining and losing. Still keeping steady between 220 and 230, depending on if I was watching or not :) I began this blog and this journey to find myself in January of 2015. It was then that I really began to try to lose. It's been tough, as all journeys are, but I will never give up. Someday, I will be where I feel I need to be, and hopefully you all will be there with me :)
